1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the She's Working platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Service Description

She's Working is a real-time scheduling and availability aggregation platform. The Service collects publicly available scheduling data from third-party business websites and displays it in a unified interface for informational purposes. She's Working does not operate, manage, or control any of the businesses whose scheduling data is aggregated. The Service functions as a scheduling data aggregator and directory tool.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update such information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Data Sources and Accuracy

The scheduling and availability data displayed on She's Working is sourced from publicly available information published on third-party business websites. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of this data; however, we do not guarantee that such data is complete, accurate, or current. Data is refreshed at regular intervals but may not reflect real-time changes made by third-party businesses.

She's Working is not responsible for any decisions made based on the data presented through the Service. Users should verify scheduling information directly with the relevant business.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and aggregation technology, is owned by She's Working and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the Service without our prior written consent. Automated access (scraping, crawling, or data mining) of the Service is prohibited without express permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) use automated tools to access the Service without permission; (e) impersonate any person or entity; (f) transmit any malicious code or harmful content; or (g) violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, She's Working and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party referenced through the Service; or (c) unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
